YOU CAN HELP OC ANIMAL CARE TODAY!
The standard of humane care and protection that our communities show the most vulnerable among us reflects the importance we place on treating abandoned, neglected and abused animals in OC with the dignity, kindness and protection they deserve.
Our pets enrich our lives in so many meaningful ways β we honor them by making OC Animal Care the best it can be!
We are proud to serve our pet neighbors all across Orange County to ensure that veterinary services are accessible and affordable to all.
Iβve lived in OC my whole life - seeing Noble Friendsβ impact on our furry community has been beautiful to witness. They have done tremendous work so all pets at OCAC can flourish.
As a pet mom myself, Iβve been an ongoing donor for NF for the past few years. Itβs been incredible to see what theyβre doing with the shelter and you can see every dollar is spent wisely.
A true gem within our OC community. Iβve been an active volunteer at OCAC since 2019 and many services would not be possible without NF. They provide dignity to all our pets.
Billy came in with a bad hernia that was causing him to have difficulty going to the bathroom. His intestines were actually stuck in an area outside of his body cavity. The surgeon corrected one side and determined the other side was weak and would likely end up the same way, so he had a second procedure to be sure that would not happen. Billy is super sweet and well behaved. He looks like a dachshund/chihuahua mix.
Flower was likely hit by a car and was taken immediately to an emergency clinic. During her exam it was determined that both her hind legs had severe fractures. She was unable to stand and care for herself due to her injuries. She was a very sweet girl and was selected for our Medical Program. She was taken to Veterinary Surgical Specialists and had surgery on both hind legs.
Frankie was found in Orange with a large wound to her head, so she was rushed to the emergency veterinary clinic. The next day she was brought to OC Animal Care for further evaluation. Once here, our veterinary team assessed her. Due to her open skull fracture, she was taken to Veterinary Surgical Specialist where she could get multiple surgeries to repair her head injury and close the hole in her skull.
