How We Have Grown

What started as a passion project between two animal lovers has grown into an instrumental resource of the Orange County community.

Noble Friends Foundation was founded by Sharon Hayhoe and Jennifer Phillips. As a volunteer, Sharon witnessed the dramatically positive changes at OC Animal Care and wanted to take this to the next level.

After leaving OC Animal Care as the Director, Jennifer partnered with Sharon in the shared vision of establishing a non-profit organization.
